The Have Nots

Part 2 of our show on entrepreneurs showcases more SC innovators. We also talk to several folks who'll give you the nuts and bolts help to make your entrepreneurial dreams come true.
The Have Nots, a comedy improv company, headline the show. Greg Tavares, Brandy Sullivan, and Timmy Finch talk about the challenges of owning a business that basically has to reinvent itself every day. Chris Fisher of Fisher Recycling gives a tour of his facility and shows the radical innovations that are keeping glass out of landfills.
Carol Rawle, who owns Harry Barker, an international dog product company, talks about turning challenges into opportunities and how that changed her life. Paolo Dalla Zorza performs magic tricks on camera while describing the qualities he brings to his gelato and import business. Matt Bauer, a phone service entrepreneur offers the story of building Better World Telecom, the only nationwide voice and data provider that focuses on serving business, enterprises and organizations that have social and sustainable missions.
Backing up the stories from the business owners are: Theron Snype, Minority Business Enterprise Manager for the City of Charleston; Jennet Robinson Alterman of the Center for Women; Patrick King of the Lowcountry Development Corporation; Ross Ahntholz of SCORE; and three professors from the Tate Center for Entrepreneurship, Dr. John Clarkin, Dr. Laquita Blockson, and Dr. Kelly Shaver.
